How do I place an order?

How will I receive my order?

Most orders get delivered within 5-10 business days. Since our t-shirts are made-to-order, timing may vary depending on the number of orders placed. We use multiple carriers depending on the destination.

How will I get a confirmation that my order has been placed successfully?

You’ll get an email confirmation once you’ve placed an order. We are working on integrating SMS updates.

I tried placing an order through debit card/credit card/Netbanking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What should I do?

Please send us the transaction details - the last four digits of your card or other equivalent identifying information. Once we’ve verified the payment, we’ll get in touch with you to get the order details to finalize it.

How should I check the status of my order?

You can always email us at juicy@santara.in with your order number, if you don’t receive an update from us.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests are valid for only 24 hours since order placement. Please send us an email as quickly as possible. If the order hasn’t yet been produced (we individually make every tee once an order is received), we’ll happily cancel it. If the order has been produced, then unfortunately its too late to cancel.

Can I exchange my product?

Since each product is produced on order, we can’t offer exchanges or returns. All sales are final. Please double check the size chart available on each product page before you place your order. If there’s a manufacturing defect, though, shoot us an email.

I'm outside India. Can I still place an order?

As of now, we only ship within India.

Do you have Cash-on-delivery option? Why isn't the COD option showing up on my page?

There is a COD option. You’ll be able to select it when you reach the payments page while ordering.

Do you apply shipping and tax charges?
Taxes & shipping are included in the price. Nothing extra.

How long will it take for my product to get delivered?

You’ll get your t-shirt within 5-10 working days from your day of order.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, we do! The more the merrier.
